I posted on this thread way back when. It is true that the radiators were not sized properly. After having mine recored. It went from a 3/8" tube 4 row to a 5/8" 4 row. That took care of my over heating. What I was having problems with was the declutching fan coming on at just over 180* It took some time and 2 clutch changes to figure out the my electric fans in front of the radiator was causing the heat to concentrate in the middle of the radiator. I removed the fans a couple of years ago and that solved the problem. I have driven in 90+ degree temps and have not had an issue with the clutch fan coming on and off. and the A/C works fine.
