Pictures of the problem area and hinges might help.

Are all the screws tight?
Are the hinges so worn or loose that they allow the door to droop?

Not sure from your brief description exactly where you you are seeing this drag, but the door frame latch pin on that vintage of American Coach is adjustable. But if its dragging on the bottom edge, the door may have to be removed and the hinge side re-set. That used to be a problem in 2003 & earlier models, but the new body design in 2004 pretty much resolved that potential issue.
