Check out the lifts for semi-tractors. The looks promising.

If your wife can stand, a very good, relatively affordable (About $2,300 or so) solution is the Burr Engineering Handy Lift:
https://www.mobile-lifts.com/motorhome-and-rv-lifts/
We ordered ours directly from Burr. I installed one (with great phone support from Burr) on our TT (a pretty straight-forward DIY project) which served us well until my wife had to depend on a wheelchair. At that point we were lucky and found a 2002 Itasca Suncruiser 35U with a Braun Under Vehicle lift mounted under our entry door. The guy we bought it from said the lift cost about $15k, installed (I think this would have been in 2013 or 2014 so I suspect it would be more now). We paid close to NADA so we didn't pay too much of a premium for the lift. You can see photos of our's here (post #43):

Wish I could help, but I'm in Los Angeles.

Thanks, BCam. My partner is a paraplegic, so she cannot stand at all. Jill
