ESCO power transfer switch

I have a esco power transfer switch ES50M-65N with no shore power. Generator side works fine. There is a second electrical box next to the transfer switch with two transformers and in-line 1A fuses that keep blowing. What is the second box and transformers for? And how does the second box affect my testing the transfer switch?

All lugs tight? Don't know what the other gizmo with fuses is. But nevertheless, do you have proper voltage on the shore cable lugs on the shore power relay inside the transfer switch? If yes, and the genny powers everything ok it would indicate the shore relay is suspect. If no power on the shore power lugs, then something back toward the pedistal.

BTW, the relays in that switch should be readily available. If relay no need to change out the entire box.
