Eternabond

Does any major manufacture use Eternabond on the seams instead of Dicor Sealant?

My 1998 has Eternabond like 4 inch tape covering the roof aluminum/fiberglass end cap seam. Original and in good shape.

Maybe now but certainly not in 2000 or 2002 on our DSDP's we ordered. 2000 had the optional segmented (3 pieces) fiberglass roof and the '02 had the BriteTek. The '02 roof was still in good shape after 13 years although I did have to redo the Dicor periodically as per the owners manual.

Mine is one solid sheet, front to back, and is still in wonderful shape........17 years old this year
Everything on the roof had Eternabond installed on it last year.

Many used it for the top edges on the slide roofs.
