I always go to google and type in 'Complaints about [company or service]' and base my judgment on the type and quantity of complaints. This is generally a good way to research products or companies.
In your case, I checked WW and found this:
Wholesale Warr. complaints
They aren't half bad. Out of 354 reviews in that one thread they've earned a 5 star rating. That is exceptionally high for any RV service company in my experience. There are a few 1 star reviews so be sure to read those too. One complaint that would bother me is that they refused to refund the unused portion of a service contract when the owner sold the RV.
I am a former service manager who ran a department that sold service contracts, I'd recommend you take the money you'd spend for the contract and put it in the bank. Then add to that account every month. Reason is that 10% of service contract owners submit 90% of the claims. We called them the 10%'ers. It was a profit center for us because so few claims ever came in. When I got into RV'ing, I checked RV SCs and found the same thing from industry insiders.
So if you've been a 10%'er all your life, where everything you touch breaks, then it will probably pay off to have a SC at least the first year...but I doubt it.
