Extended warranties

I recently bought a 2011 Tour. I'm looking at extended warranties but there are so many available. Anybody have any recommendations, prices?

I went with Coachnet due to the great service I've had from them for road side assistance. I've now had the extended service contract 3 years and it has more than paid for itself. I got a 7 year contract that included everything including tires/wheels along with the roadside assist for under $4k.

Extended Warranties, Are they worth it

Don't buy one. Put the money in the bank that you would have paid for the service contract and save yourself some grief and money. They are not worth it in most cases. BTW they are not warranties, they are service contracts. buyer beware they have many ways to get out of them, read the fine print. here is a link that I wrote about my experience with 5 different so called extended warranties.

As the Title Says Extended Warranties, Are they worth it. Well that depends on a lot of factors. What follows is a few case histories of my own personal experience with them and why I will probably never buy another Extended Warranty. I would have been lots of money ahead if I would have put the money for the cost of the warranty in the bank. I will let you be the judge.
