I have a few vans and pickups using the PA EZPass and I just put a weight Class 3 unit on my MH and registered it on the web site. No problems so far and I think that I'll just keep it that way.

I have a special EZ-Pass for the coach. I was told by EZ-Pass to put the car pass into a special bag so it doesn't read when you go through. It will instead read the coach pass and count the axles charging the correct amount for both coach and toad.

I am from PA but I got an Illinois I-Pass. Didn't have to register the MH as a commercial vehicle there and don't have to keep as much money in the account. I-Pass works everywhere EZ_Pass works.
