F53 wiper pivot arm boot or whatever you call it

On my 2007 Newmar Bay Star the wiper pivot arm rubber boots or ,whatever it is called, need to be replaced but I am having no luck locating a replacement part. I imagine if I knew the parts name I could potentially have more luck. Anyone know the parts name and, if possible, where to buy?

That would be a Newmar part , because Newmar installed the front cap , windshield and wipers .

Ok , " bellows " is my first thought for the part name and it sometimes takes a while for me to have second thoughts .
I'll continue to scratch my head and report back .

EDIT: Well it seems suppliers of wiper parts don't agree on what to call it either.
