Sorry.... Can't get the pic to load. What I am looking for is the digital thermostat/fan control that allows you to use a manual or automatic control of the fan. It is a wall mounted box slightly smaller than a pack of cigarettes and allows you to select a temp at which the fan I'll automatically start and stop. Anyone know where I can get one?

Model may be a 104, I talked with Fantastic a couple of years ago. They had enough parts on hand to make one then so that's one option to try. What's wrong with it? Common problem is punching a hole at the switch.

I just stumbled on the notes I took, MC104 Card, Service Kit 6504414 but don't remember if it included the housing.

This appears to be what you are looking for to replace yours.

AS hypoxia says, it's common to punch a hole at the switch. That's what happened to mine. The switches come in either horizontal or vertical. Your picture posted is the horizontal setup. Mine was the vertical set up. Fantastic Fans got bought out by dometic and apparently these have been discontinued/re-designed. Sherpa posted a link to one. I wasn't so fortunate finding a vertical one and ended up replacing the entire unit with a MaxxFan.

Regrettably, Trekwood is out of stock and has not been able to restock them but thank you Sherpa for the link.

Have you tried one of the salvage yards?

Did a check at Visone RV and found this

https://rvaccessories.visonerv.com/c...M200134/s1.pl?

It shows "Sold Out", but it would be worth a phone call. They have many salvage motorhome on their lot and may be able to pull one for you.
