I believe the "official" explanation for the 5862 error code is "Aftertreatment 1 SCR Intermediate Gas Temperature Sensor Circuit - Voltage above normal, or shorted to high source"
This has to do with the SCR or "Selective Catalytic Reduction" system (including DEF, DPF, etc.).
I've heard --and I'm certainly no expert but just what I've read here and elsewhere-- that this code is often thrown when a coach sits for awhile. Whether it's something you'll have to worry about and have checked may or may not be something that you'll have to do as it sometimes turns out to just be a temporary glitch.
You might try the "turning the ignition switch on and off five times" trick or other techs have recommended actually starting the engine and letting it run for 15 seconds and shutting down and doing this five or six times. This may clear the code. However if you keep having the code pop up once it's cleared, then you obviously should have it checked by a service center with the proper diagnostic equipment.
I think somebody mentioned that they drove for a few miles (in route to the mechanic they planned to have it checked with) and that cleared the code and it never came back on so once at the shop, they diagnosed "no problem found."
