Just traded for a new motor home with fiberglass roof and considering Red Max Pro 3 or its replacement. That stuff is tough and should work great. If anyone has tried this, let us know.

There are many threads on this topic so make sure to do a search.
As for me after ten years of on my knees waxing my roof I took a hint from a thread on this site and used Mop and Glo.
I spent four months in the desert sun and just returned home. I am looking out the second story window of my home at my RV roof. It is shiny, shedding the dirt and rain. It was easy to do and I could stand up while applying it; I think I'm in for the long haul with this stuff. There may be other better stuff but Mop and Glo worked for me just fine.

I don't do 'on my knees'. First of the season, I use a high pressure wash to clean my roof. Then I check all the caulking, etc., make any repairs if needed. Then I use a sponge mop to spread Mop and Glo over the roof.
I tell myself, 'Don't slip and fall on that roof!'

Cleaning it we use Turtle Wax car wash soap and a soft scrub brush.
Buy Turtlewax Car Wash (1 Gallon) T141 at Advance Auto Parts
Coating it we use Rejex every 6 months. (We use Rejex on the whole coach including the windows. I think it works better than RainX.)

Rejex here. Use it on the whole coach, windows, windshield, aluminum wheels, everything.

How does one let Rejex cure for 12 hours "out of the elements" ?
It would seem to require indoor storage to complete the application?

I wash my fiberglass roof a couple times a year using a medium bristle brush and a strong detergent with some bleach in it. Then I put a coat of Mop n Glo on it. Nothing special about Mop-n-glo - any other common liquid floor was would likely work as well. It just helps it shed the airborne dirt that tends to accumulate on the roof.

Our coach is stored outside beside the house. We watch the weather reports and hope for no rain. We also apply the RejeX in the spring and fall when the temperatures aren't too hot.

Gary, I followed your advice on this. I washed it with mild detergent and some bleach....then the next day I put on some mop n glow. I put two coats on and it looks great. I will do this from here on in.
Thanks,
Paul

Falling is not the problem. It's the landing that'll get ya!
