Finding RV's with a similar floorplan as this:

The floor-plan attached looks really good to me. I have not see anything similar, nor have I been able to find one of these gulf streams close enough to go look at. I am looking at used, up to 40' max. I tried to paste the jpg, but i would only let me attach it.

If anyone knows of similar floor plans I would like to know what models and from whom.

This floor plan has the kitchen and dining room almost separate from the living room.

Thanks, Bill

PS. I stopped by a few RV centers in town and they told me no one would want it, so no one builds anything like it. So I guess I am odd.

It is my understanding the Newell will build to your specifications.

If the slide needs to be extended for the bed to be used I wouldn't touch it.
I've seen a couple that the bed is folded when the slide is in. Useless when on the road and using rest stops.

That is the closest I have seen. Do you think forest river makes diesels? I have never heard of that brand.

To me, it looks like a typical floorplan. The kitchen dining is next to the living room. They're not separated by anything. Often you will have the kitchen where the dining is but you should be able to find many floorplans like the one you posted. I don't think the one you posted would give a good use of extra seating if you have a group of people. It would be better to have the dining on the sofa side so the seating is grouped more. On your floorplan the dining table is by the bathroom.

But it's what he wants, not what we want ???

You know when a salesman is lying...his lips move.

Gulfstream has been out of the motorhome business since the recession.
http://www.gulfstreamcoach.com/towab...omeowners.html

Having the kitchen/dining area aft of the living area is a common theme...that's what we have, just smaller in scale ('cuz we have an attached garage in the back). The OP's attached floor plan looks to be a gasser, since very few DP's had a middle door.

In Diesel Pusher, the Tuscany 42GX offers this...but you have to accept getting an extra half bath in the deal
https://thormotorcoach.com/tuscany/tag/floorplans/

In gas, the Challenger 37KT is very close:

Both of these model lines have been made a long time...don't know how long those models have been made.

Best luck

Have you looked at a 2007-2008 Damon Challenger 377?

Challenger line is 25 years in production. As mentioned 37KT floor plan pretty darn close. Highly recommend you look at one. Optional theater seating since late 2015 model year.

Yup, that looks a lot like my 2008 Georgetown 373 (2 coaches ago). Forest River indeed makes diesels (Charleston, Berkshire, maybe others?), though I'm not familiar with their floorplans.

My first thoughts also. One of our camping partners has one.

JFYI That floorplan is a Gulf Stream Crescendo 8390 DP with the door amidships.
