Looks great and you put a lot of thought into it.
I built a 40X50', wish I could have built bigger but that's all the room I had and it took a lot of work to get that to fit (think retaining wall into hill). I went ahead and installed water, power, sewer. Glad I did.
I use a 16X50' slot for the RV and built a ~23X26' workshop for my woodworking tools and use the roof for wood storage. The rest has a boat and zero turn mower. Wish I could have built bigger but it is what it is. Coulda, Woulda Shoulda days are behind me!
Good luck from E TN

I am a lucky man. We walk through the New Aire and see a washer, dryer, dishwasher, ice maker, heated floors, central vac...and then we look back to our first home as a young, married couple, and also very poor. We paid $15k for that house, and probably overpaid.

We all could have saved a couple bucks by not buying a Class A. The stop is $28 at Uline:

The tape is from all Uline, and I used about $30 of it from this roll: https://www.uline.com/Product/Detail...OrderHistory=Y

I'd suggest going wider. You'll probably need a 14' door, though you might get through a 12' door. Not sure. But you'll also want to extend the slides and get into the basement and stuff. Mine would have worked at 18', but it would have been just a tad tight.
Hope it goes well. It's fun to plan this stuff.

I love woodworking! That lumber I got all at various auctions. My workshop is up the hill w/ 100a service. Most of my heavy stuff is Powermatic: planer, jointer, dust collection. Then there's a SawStop tablesaw, a big Folder bandsaw, belt sander, etc. All my hand tools are mainly Festool. Stop by if you are ever in the area!

Yeah, though going 20'-24' prices start to jump a lot then and prices have already climbed about 35% or more in the past year and I'm not just talking the price of the garage itself, concrete has gone crazy as well! DW not to happy to put so much into a garage when canopy was the original talk especially since 0we have a large one already for the cars and we don't know how long we will be with the MH at our age. Currently I have it plugged into its 50AMP RV plug on a 14' RV pad next to the house, but Florida sun isn't the best for it. Took a variety of measurements and figured even with the slides out I'll still get about 3' on each side. Most of the time storing it I'll have them in. I'm hoping to go check someone in our community's out since his is 24' to see how it is but I understand he stores a boat in there besides his DP. It's a thought that I keep bouncing around in my head. bigger is better....

Beautiful Bus Barn...
Great job on your bus barn. I appreciate you informing us of your costs. Lots of thought went into it. I am so jealous.

Man that is nice. I am hoping to buy some acreage and get out of the city burbs (Houston) and do something similar. I hoped it 10 years ago......procrastinating way too long. Not really the money. Just the planning/executing. Meanwhile I sit in the burbs in a neighborhood where the city/residents refuse to trim their trees over the road so I can't even get my coach to the house. Pay $300/month in storage fees for Big Red. You got my juices flowing again after seeing this. Very nicely done. Thank you for sharing. Congrats!

Very nice shed. I did 30 wide, and don't regret it. I also built a 24 wide by 14 high door that swings up to open.
I am jealous of your power and exhaust system.
