Firefly multiplex troubles

Purchased a used 2020 Thor Windsport in September of 2022. From day one I have experienced intermittent 12v outages which require any and all equipment operated by the low volt multiplex system to be manually turned back on. While I’m not 100% sure but it seems to only occur while connected to shore power. The clowns at camping world are not able to help. I have discussed issue with Thor and firefly integrations without success. Any thoughts????

Pull the Firefly panel and double check the wire connections to the board plugs, especially the 12V terminal connections....specifically the ground connection.

Also, check for excessive wiring bundle that may be hanging down the interior wall cavity or down the inside of the RV side. Ours had excess wires for the Thermostat next to Firefly panel...hanging down the
inside of the outside wall panel and next right behind where the outside TV AC power connection/Wall Wart was.... pulled the excess cable in behind the firefly panel and now no problem with erratic operation of the Thermostat. and
ground terminal of Firefly was little loose.

Not saying this is your problem but worth a look.
