Firestone FS 560 tire question

Has anyone, or is any one running, a Firestone FS 560 tire on their coach and if so what are your thoughts about them. I have a tire dealer that said he has installed them on about 12 coaches and has had nothing but good reports with zero complaints. Both ride and handling are great. Firestone advertises them as a commercial tire and I can not find any place where they suggest that they belong in the RV tire world.

Need tires and in my search of whats available I ran across this dealer who by the way is a National account for Michelin and suggested these in place of the Michelin XZE I was looking at..

Firestone is now a Bridgestone brand, so chances are that is an excellent tire. Michelinis always premium priced.

I purchased my Firestone FS560's 2 1/2 years ago and am very happy with them. We have put on 25000 miles on them on a 40' Diplomat. Mark

I just ran a tread about MH tires on RV.Net RV.Net Open Roads Forum: Class A Motorhomes: 275/70/r22.5

Got good reviews on the Firestone. Also got good reviews on Hankooks. I purchased the Hankook as the reviews seem to be equal and the price cheaper. Installed them yesterday. Time will tell.

Bob,

Had them on my 2001 Diplomat drive axle. Worked well.
