First trip out this morning .....

I'm spending the first two hours in the tire store. Just stopped in for an opinion and decided to get new tires before we get into a problem. 6 new Michelins...got a great deal at a local truck tire place. I'll feel safer now. Short delay but I'm already roughing it "smoothly". I have my coffee, my laptop and my dog. I don't mind. That's what this trip is for.

Thanks FC, almost done. I feel safer now. It was time. Our break pads look good BTW. Still need the recall done but so far so good.

Hi Again:
Make sure you get the brake recall done as soon as possible as it is something that just happens with no warning. Ask Tom, it was an unexpected problem when his problem developed.

Where are you going? Most of us in the northern tier of states would like to be in Florida this time of year.

Hi BarbRN,
I've been to that resort. It is really nice. When there, it's like the rest of the world is left at the gate. If you walk through the resort, see if you can find the couple of owners that purchased two lots next to each other. These owners then landscaped themselves quite a paradise.

I think we saw one heavily landscaped yesterday. We'll check it out today. Do you know them? We came here in the late 70's and 80's and it was all RV's. Now there's lots of permanent owners. Not the same to me.

Life is good, the sun's out, warm enough to sit at the beach wating the dolphins jump and play and take a walk on a sparsely populated section of the Atlantic ocean. Wow!

Hi Barb,
I do not know any owners at the resort. I was there for a mini rally a couple of years ago.
