Fleetwood Expedition Electrical Issues

We have a 2006 Fleetwood Expedition MH. We are getting 115 amps on both posts but only half of coach is powering up. Can anyone help?

Just the fact she said amps instead of volts means she really needs to hire an electrician or very skilled RV tech.
