Fleetwood Pace Arrow Power Transfer Switching

Hello Dear Knowledge base,

I have a 2004 Pace Arrow 37C in which I replaced the transfer switch after the relay fried.

I had a lot of difficulty finding the OEM switch but found an excellent after market switch of same form and function. However I am mystified now because when I remove shore power and run the gen, I only get power to some of circuits, and not to both AC units and some outlets. Also the AC that runs will only run fan and stays in shed mode.

So after a little digging I discovered that this complex ECC brainchild from Fleetwood may be the problem, with shore line going directly to the circuit breaker board first through the ECC breaker, then on to the transfer switch and back to the MAIN on the breaker board.

Does that make sense? Is my summation correct and can I get around it with minimal agony?
