Fleetwood Southwind leveling jack/slide out not working

Hi, I’m new to the forum and have seen some helpful threads in the past but have not been able to figure out what is going on with my 2006 Fleetwood Southwind. Excuse my ignorance with some terminology as this is new to me and a huge learning curve .

The electric leveling jack is receiving no power (not lighting) and the slide outs are non-functioning (not making a sound either when slide out buttons pressed). These were functioning just prior to get the motorhome routinely inspected by a motorhome dealer. I was told the battery needed to be replaced and it was dead when I picked it up, so I assumed that was the issue, however the battery was charged overnight by shore power, is functioning with 12.8v (w/ shore power disconnected) and the leveling jack and slide outs are continuing to not work with battery/generator/or shore line power. I looked at the fuses for both and they appear to be intact, reset the breaker (I believe, pressed all three buttons shown on the bottom side of attached photo) without success, reset the GFCI (not sure if there are multiple, can only find one) without success. Any tips on where to go next?? Of note, the emergency brake is on and both have been attempted with the ignition on and in ACC. I used these without issue prior to dropping it off at the dealership.

Forget to mention, the microwave, fridge, AC, heater, interior lights, water pump are all functioning. Radio works off shore power in park mode so seems like house battery is functioning

Update: Fleetwood service (1-800-322-8216) was extremely helpful. Pointed me to separate fuses on the exterior near propane tank, separate fuse from the ‘leveling jack’ (F11) and ‘slide out’ (F20). Apparently F6, F7, F8, all contribute to both as well. F6 was blown and replaced and thankfully the slide outs now function ... but the leveling jacks surprisingly are still not getting power. Thoughts?

I have a 2014 Southwind and had a similar issue with the jacks.
Ended up finding a 25-amp in-line fuse behind the speedometer up quite high.
The fuse was not on any schematics and controlled both the jacks and the chassis blower motor for the heater/AC.
All the best in your search.

Thanks! I just found that mine was a cord that was detached from an intact hidden up under the dash. Glad it got solved. Thanks so much for your input!
