Flexsteel chair

I have a 2019 Newmar Ventana. The captains chair on the passengers side has a 6 way switch which works in all directions except forward and back. I have read a few posts but still can't seem to see what is wrong. One has suggested getting a new switch. I can not find the one that is on my coach. The only one I have found appears to need a different wire harness. Any help?

1st guess would be the motor that controls fwd / back.
There is a plug on the harness that plugs into each motor (at least on my '13 VTDP w FlexSteel seats)
Try to find the plug by raising seat to max ht & looking under to find the 3 motors.
If pluged in OK check to see if you get power to the plug when activating sw.
If yes... bad motor
If no... maybe pinched shorted wire, or it may be the 6 way sw itself?
Might also try putting 12V directly to the motor contacts to confirm if good. /bad motor.
I have seen replacement parts available online but don't recall the specific site... search for RV seat parts!

Here is thelink I noticed & mentioned.
Is that the same as yours?
https://www.coachsupplydirect.com/rv...-power-switch/
You can also tryswapping driver side sw temporarily to see it solves the problem and confirms the sw is the problem

I'd start by looking for loose wires, either at the switch itself or the harness under the seat that has a bundle of wires.

Thanks a bunch for the info. I will try to work on it tomorrow. I have already called flexsteel and they put me in touch with a person that works on them but they do not have any parts. I contacted coach supply direct and they may have a part that will work if it is a switch. Again, thanks all for the help.
