Even in the best of circumstances, if you do find someone that has the right name and color of your tile and your able to buy or have a couple of tiles shipped to you, the chances of them matching are next to impossible. All tiles vary slightly between production runs. Sizes and color change between "batches" and this means that mixing & matching different production batches is seldom possible.

Possible solution...
Since you only need two tiles, you could possibly cannibalize them from under one of your existing cabinets. Pull out a bottom drawer somewhere and see if they ran the floor tiles all the way under your cabinets. If so you could rob two from there. That would also insure a perfect color match too.
