Flow Rite Pro-Fill RV battery filler-update please

I have searched for previous chat on this system but would like any added input from current users. Any complaints? Worth the bucks, etc.

Or is there a better filler system available now?
Thanks

I have one that fills my 4 very large 6 volt batteries. Without the system it would be almost impossible to fill. I believe it is well worth the money if your batteries are installed in a tight place.

I will be surprised if you hear many - if any complaints - or of a better method / product. Does what it says it does. Tidy installation.

I have read that it is possible to "over pump" but not a problem yet.

Love mine. Works great.

Recommended even if the batteries are easy to access. Makes it easy to service, ensuring service will be done, thereby extending battery life.

+1. We had this in our Tiffin and agree with the above comments. Made keeping the batteries filled much less of a chore.

I think they are the best thing since sliced bread. I'll second to use them even if you batteries are accessible as while on the road you can add water without getting your hands or clothes dirty. The only thing I would recommend is the replace any plastic/nylon tee's or connections with brass. Doing that makes it pretty much maintenance free. You can add water to 4 6 volts in about 2 minutes .

Funny story... We bought our Damon Outlaw used and I didn't even know I had the system until I was going through the systems and found this hose contraption hooked up to my batteries.

After a quick internet search I was able to identify what that weird siphon hose was all about.

I love this thing. Makes the care and feeding of my battery system a cinch.

Not only does it fill the batteries effortlessly, it also seals them tight and reduces acid. The only down side is the price, but I would do it again. I just added two more batteries to my coach and added another two battery ProFill kit.

Thanks to all who have responded thus far

I believe I am sold. Is it not the MP2000 kit (times 2 for four batteries)? Thru Amazon it appears to be around $50 per two battery kit plus addition buy of pump.

Separate kits for 12 and 6 volt batteries. 12 volt 1 kit = 2 batteries --- 6 Volt = 4 batteries.

Look at RVupgrades.com for info and buy wherever you like. I use them. May not have the lowest price due to shipping - but reputation - speed of delivery and return etc is golden.
