Some people like and use the FMCA tire program, but a person can usually find a dealer who will beat their "great Deal"
I also used to get Michelins when I could, but saved over $300/tire going to Toyo last time. (295/80/22.5) Deeper tread and the ride is just as good. There was a time when Michelin was THE brand to have, but no longer for me.
Edit: The best price I found for the Michelin 235/80/22.5 was $665/tire plus tax. The Toyo 245/75/22.5 replacement (less than 1% difference in size) is $367 plus tax. I know you want only Michelin, but they come at a sizable premium with no better performance. These are prices in the US, but probably similar differences in Canada. Safe travels.
