Follow up National Tradewinds Roofing question

What have you used to repair damaged Styrofoam? There is an excessively large hole around the TV antennae. That is one of the areas where the Luan is damaged due leaks.

What did you use to glue / bond new 1/8" (actually 7/64") to the Styrofoam?

Picture would now be meaningless. Roof decking has been replaced/ repaired. New EPDM going down today.
