Ford F53 1997 Pace Arrow 460 EFI Fuel problem

First, Hi to all, and a happy new year!
I have a fuel delivery problem in my Pace Arrow, I drove it from Seattle to Florida without incident. But after sitting for a while, I tried to start it and found the ignition hard to turn. After some difficulty I managed to turn the key, but it wouldn't start. I have spark at the plugs but no fuel at the rail. I do not have a schematic to work from, so I can't trace the problem through it's pathway. I tested the inertia switch and found the voltage to be 7.5 volts. Does anyone know if there is a fuse able link on the ignition side of the wiring? Is my problem a bad Fuel pump relay, a fuel pump relay control, or a bad fuel pump? I have tried without success to find a drawing of the fuel circuit to no avail. Any help or advise? thanks DL

It has a fuel pump relay, you found the inertia switch. The pump needs 12 volts, you may have dead battery,or bad or corroded conections. The switch should be same as a pickup or van.

Your problem may be with the ignition switch, I thing that a rod connects from the column to the actual switch on the lower column.

no start

I would go with a new ignition switch first. You could also run a hot lead to the fuel pump at the tank and try that.
