Ford MH repairs

We need an authorized Ford Motor Home Dealer in the Houston,TX area for a new Ford V10 Gas, with Tow Haul Transmission.
We've called or visited 8 Ford dealers. Who takes Motor homes? Thanks!

Call Ford RV Customer Service 800-444-3311. They should be able to help you.

Yes,there is Ford Motorhome Assistance...1st appt. at a large dealer---driveway canopy was 9'6" high. No 12' service bays, either.
2nd-(only called) "yes,we did an oil change recently on a MH in the parking lot". We'd like to see an adequately equipped service bay.
We need the transmission linkage adjusted under warranty and to establish a place for routine maintenance in the future.

Look for a dealer in your area that advertizes service for large trucks. They're a little harder to come by since the largest Ford now makes is the F750. Many of the dealers that made a living selling and servicing over the road trucks are now Sterling dealers.

If there's no Ford dealer in your area see if there's an independant shop that would be willing to do the work for the same rates paid to the dealers. Sometimes Ford and Winnebago will contract the work out rather than make you drive an unreasonable distance to get it done.
