Forest River FR3 hot water heater

We just took delivery of a new FR3. It did not come with a manual for the hot water heater. Does anyone know what kind it is? In negotiating I asked several times if it could use 110v electricity for heating hot water and was assured that it could. But at delivery I was told that it only heated with gas. Yet a supplemental sheet (faded copy) seems to indicate that water could be heated with 110V. Can anyone help on this as well. How can I identify what kind of hot water heater I have?
Thanks

It is gas only... We have a huge thread of different topics if you do a search for "FR3".

Cheers!

It could be a Garrard tankless. Open god WH cover and look at the burner. If you have a square copper frame with copper tube wrapped around it it is tankless and will only use LP.
