Freightliner display Generator hour meter not working

The display in my info center for the generator hour meter has read 0.0 since new.

Has anyone seen this, know of an easy fix or setting i May have wrong?

Second question. If it is a problem does it fall under the chassis warranty or the Fleetwood house warranty?

This seems to be one of the last bugs i have in the coach. Crossing my fingers.

They've never worked as far as I know. Call your manufacturer and ask them.

Nope.... not activated in my chassis. Not sure if there's a module you can add or not. There's a meter on the thing itself. I try not to look at it. (just kidding.... I love changing the oil on it).

Wow. Wonder why they would have it as part of their info center.

Good to know.

It's probably enabled on something somewhere..... Depends on who orders the chassis and wether they're willing to pay for it.

It's part of the Fleetwood installation - Freightliner does not provide the genset or any accesories for it.

So is it something we can have hooked up to start displaying?

Next question if not then where is the hour display located?

Did you look at the generator? The controls on the gen may also have a hour meter. If not service it yearly if you use it a lot. I don't so I do it every 2 years.
