The EMS board may be bad. Mine failed after a lightening strike at our house, the RV was plugged in at the time. Did all the troubleshooting and called M&M Electronics to confirm.

Ended up having to replace the board. My board was obsolete (2002 Windsor) so had to upgrade both the board and the load meter.
FWIW, you can by pass the EMS board, just wire nut the two wires together but then you have the ability to load shed so you will have to limit power consumption. That's what I did when I lost my board until I got my replacement.
My Front AC motor failed. I found a replacement for ~$100 and swapped it out, much quieter and blows colder also.
