Front curb slide catching on retraction

2006 Monaco Camelot curb side front slide has dropped as visualized from paint scheme.

Repair shop indicated they adjusted the front roller all the way up from the front wheel well.

Also told me they replaced the rivets in the bracket holding the roller as the old ones had stretched. Paint still 3/8 of inch mismatched.

Any similar problems out there?

Something wrong. Doesn't sound like that shop understands what's wrong / how to adjust the slide.
Possibly there is a rail that is cracked allowing the slide to cant downwards. total guess but one needs to see how the system works, and then find the root cause and repair / readjust.
Sounds like there is no adjustment left, which tells me something larger is wrong.
But very difficult to help diagnose without clear pictures or description of what's wrong.

Soon after we got our new to us coach i noticed the front of the driver side slide graphics were off by 1/4" or so. The previous owner had a leak due to a poor top seal not touching the roof of the slide. I corrected that. With the slide out i took an awl and started to push it thru the carpet into the floor near the roller. Found a smal larea where the awl went easily in and figured the leak caused dry rot in the slide floor causing the roller to drop down that 1/4".

i bought THIS Boat Life Git-Rot Penetrating Epoxy Pt. Kit and used a syringe to get it into the wood. My graphic is still off 1/4" which is not a problem. I did this 3 years ago and no further change.

Hope this isn't your problem.

I haven't looked at a Monaco slide in 7 years, but take a look, under the slide, when it's extended. There may be vertical bolts on the end of the arms, near the exterior wall. Typically, they're double nutted. Loosen the nuts and adjust the bolts, lifting the slide room higher off the arm. You may have to bring it in and out a couple of times to compare the paint scheme.
