Front end vibration while driving

We now are having a vibration in our front end while driving. It is quite strong between 35-45mph. "boom boom boom boom". It gets better at higher speeds but can still feel it. Feels like there's a knot on a tire. I've looked all around and don't see anything unusual. Gonna take it to a Freightliner shop for evaluation but any ideas of what it could be?

Flat spot on the tire. Belt shift.
Should be easy to fix. Have the wheels put on a balancer and watch them spin. Should be "round" and "true". If lots of weight is needed to be applied, that tire is suspect.
I most always watch tire balancing personally. Tire mechanics are usually newbies in the span of the mechanical profession. Sometime they just don't know what to look for.

You don't need to go to Freightliner. Any place that can balance a truck tire will do.

True balance, as suggested - remove any sand or beads that someone may have added to the tires to balance in the past.

If it’s making an actual boom or thump sound, I highly doubt it is a simple balance problem. Most likely you have a broken belt in one of the tires causing it to be extremely out of round and will eventually separate (i.e there is a high spot somewhere on the tread.) Or you have severe cupping on the tires.
