Front Mount Hitch

I have a 2011 Itasca Sunstar 35F and I am looking to install a front mount hitch receiver to carry my motor scooter. I have done a little research on the issue but cannot find much for class A motorhomes. Mostly pick up trucks. Every one continues to tell me to place the carrier on the rear hitch but I'm afraid of the weight besides I tow my car on a dolly which makes the issue a little more sticky. Prior to my motorhome, I had a 5th wheel towed by a pick up and I had a front mount hitch installed. This worked out very well so I am trying to find a manufacturer that fabricates one rather than pay a lot of money to have a welding shop design a hitch. I would appreciate any and all comments. Thank You

I know a front hitch as been discussed on this and other RV forums as some use a front hitch to launch a boat on a trailer but by doing a quick search, I didn't see any specific discussion on how to mount a front hitch. You can take a look at some of the threads I pulled up that have the words "front hitch" in this sub-forum (Class A Motorhome Discussions) to see if you can find anything should nobody offer exactly how to attach a front hitch in this thread.

I'm kind of thinking it will involve some welding but I'm not sure.

Search results for "front hitch" in the irv2 Class A Motorhome Discussions forum

Here's a photo from another RV forum of somebody's Class A where he custom made a front carrier for a dirt bike.

Finding a bolt on for a class A is highly unlikely due to the low volume per type of unit but one could be fabricated easy enough hardest part would be transferring the location and taking a cutting wheel to the fiberglass nose piece, measure 5 times and cut once.

Class A MH's usually do not have a front-end built to withstand the extra weight of a front hitch. They can be very close to the FAWR without anything extra added, when 200-300# is added 4' in front of the front axle overloading can be likely.
The only way to actually know is to do your own math.
