Thanks to everyone for the advice. I'm happy to report the water is flowing once again, no damage (THANK GOD!!!). I've taken bits and pieces of everyone's advice and hope I can prevent this from happening again. Wishing all of you a MERRY CHRISTMAS.

Spent Feb 2015 in KS in single digit temps. Insulated all water lines and ran cube heater in wet bay. Froze one night with no longstanding problems.

In KS again...temps -15...way sub zero. Nothing kept things from freezing. I had a Christmas trip planned so hit the road knowing that I may already have damage. Now at destination (Hatfield PA) and things are thawed. I lost my water pump and a few hoses leading to and from. Should be easy to replace.

Usually spend winters in FL...stayed north to help family...don't know if that will be a repeat decision.

I've gone through approximately 100 pounds of propane so far, during the week long cold spell I used up about 50 pounds, but only because I was a little nervous. Right now it's about 28 degrees outside, the trouble light in the wet bay is working and the temp is 47 degrees, 60 in the coach, the furnace, polar pack, and double pane windows do their job. I know it sounds cold but it's comfortable for me.

I set up a small 110v heater on the passenger side of the wet bay. I adjusted the thermostat to come on about 40 degrees with the heat setting on low.
I also installed a lamp with alum reflector on the drivers side. I started out with a 100w bulb, but it turned the in coming hose brown. I reduced it to a 60w bulb and that worked quite well. I added a 110v timer to the outlet the bulb was plugged into and set it up to work about 12hrs per night.

I've used the 20amp receptacle on the power pedestal or run an extension cord from the 110 receptacle on the street side bay of my coach through the basement to the wet bay. I've thought about having an additional 110 installed in my wetbay but haven't found the time..

Factory 110 outlet in wet bay.

Thanks to everyone who replied and eased my nerves. I'll be back at the coach tonight and will get the heater running and leave the light on when I leave. As always, I appreciate the help, wisdom, and advice.

Just one more possible route;

I was able to get all this at home Depot or Lowes for less than $20 - Have added a "Farm Switch to control the off on to 35-45 degrees for $13.

Should solve all the issue - with foam and reflective bubble wrap and a 150 watt bulb this hac never gotten below 42 degrees even in -17.

Monaco installs 110v outlets in the adjacent storage bay on the passenger side. I cut a small hole in the divider wall and routed an extension cord across the coach from the driver side to the passenger side of the wet bay and through the hole into the storage bay.
