Not sure about the requirement. I use to see the % all the time but lately I haven't seen the sticker at the pump. I usually check their web site before I stop so I kind of know what to expect. Have seen some stickers stating the fuel is between 5-20% at this pump.

Just stopped today @ Flying J in Carlisle PA and filled it - 90 Gals- Nothing on the Pump that indicated Bio at all .

Their web site shows an "intended bio blend" of 2% for both locations close to Carlisle.

I stopped for fuel again in Columbus OH on the way back (52) gals and nothing on the pump - so I asked and was told No-Bio in the Truck Islands.
Anyhow the Old Cummins ran great the whole trip with the Race Trailer on the back.
