Had the same thing happen on two of our tiffins. The fuel gauge sensor is misprogrammed. You might be able fix it yourself by pushing in both buttons below your instruments and going to menu, then scroll through that until you find the appropriate tab. If you can’t do that next time you take it in for warranty work they can reset it. I agree you probably have a 100 gal tank.

Interesting response that makes a lot of sense.

OP: yes, it may be just a "computer problem" that might be solved by just re-programming something. If so, this would be so much better than having to replace the sensor in the tank.
