Full wall silde

I have a 2019 jayco precept prestige class A motor home with a wall slide power gear mechanism. The
problem is when the wall is out the top of the front wall is against the seal and rear top of the wall has a gap .Is there any way to correct this problem. The bottom of the wall seems to be fine.

is the position correct at bottom? If the bottom is good and the top is opposite the first thing to look at is if the opening is still square.

Sounds like an adjustment problem you maybe should take it to a RV repair shop & have them look at it

Misadjusted Slide Out

Dependent on who your slide manufacturer is, there are procedures to adjust this misalignment. Contact your slide manufacturer and describe the issue and I’m sure they will be happy to help with adjustment procedures.
