Fuse location for Southwind coach stairs

Hi, my steps worked when I picked up the motorhome from storage but when I pulled into my driveway and turned off the motor they stopped. I think I might have blown a fuse but can't find it. I have a 2007 Fleetwood Southwind 35A.

You didn't mention the step make or model. If you look up the step info online, you'll likely find a troubleshooting or service manual. Be careful around the steps, they can move when you don't expect them to and bite off a finger or knock you in the head.

Underneath, the step control board should be visible with a (usually) 4 pin connector. I'd test there for 12v power. Some of the 12v is powered by your ignition switch, there also is likely a switch by the door to also activate the steps when putting the RV in storage. This is in addition to the magnetic reed switch embedded in the door frame. The 12v comes from the chassis power, so look in the chassis fuse panel.
