Had eye surgery recently so can't make much from your photos but what I found while gathering info on my Journey was that the rubbers are standard off the shelf items that Amazon or eBay or some of those trucking parts suppliers carry.
Well, darn, can't see well enough to tell if I have any links for that stuff.
If you can get the profile of the seal, that's the best way to search.
