And, don't forget that at Flying J stops, you get a fuel discount with your Good Sams membership.

I have stopped at the truck stops before but it seams like all the big pull thru are for diesel fuel. So what are the best gas stations to get in and out of. Thank you all for any help.

We have been using Flying J (Pilot) stations for years as they are on most main highways and they have a RV Lane at each one which makes it easy to get in and out;they have 2 RV lanes at each station;can download their locations which is by state or get a pamphlet at the Flying J;we used them throughout the US especially East and mid-west where we now do most of our traveling;we get either 3 or 5cents off per gal of gas using our Good Sam Card;always normally found plenty on our routes to use them 95% of the time.

The problem with these nice convenient truck stop gas stations is they aren't Top Tier.
If you like your engine you should try to use Top Tier stations as much as possible.
I'll hit a Love's/Flying J/Pilot occasionally if it is really convenient, but I can find plenty of Top Tier stations that I can fit in relatively easy.
Your intake valves, your choice.
I use google maps routinely and street view is invaluable.

My MH. is 45 feet, I do not like truck stops so often fuel at mom and pops. As I drive up I look for entrance and exit.. Know your rig and how to drive it and you will be fine.
Hardest part is finding the diesel pump.

Good Sam Fuel Question
Hello all, just joined Good Sam. How do you use the fuel discount at Pilot/Flying J? Swipe the Good Sam card first, and then your credit card? Newbie here and appreciate the info.

Yes, swipe your GS Card, enter your PIN, then swipe your CC.

when we had our gasser, we used a book titled "Next Exit". helped us id fuel stops more suitable to our size. Once we had a target stop id'ed copilot checked layout on google maps to confirm.

Though it's not always helpful. The Love's app on my phone says the closest one to me right now is right across the street from a Flying J (where I-390 crosses I-86), but this is the street view. Satellite isn't much better, though it does show some signs of a previous life. Being that it's on Love's app, I would imagine it's brand new, and too recent to be on this August 2019 street view.
We use Love's as much as possible. DW likes the bright colors and bright lighting at night (she's the nervous type and won't even let me overnight at a Cracker Barrel ), and almost every one we use on our trips to TX and FL are big and clean. Lots of gas motorhomes in the car lanes, too, presumably because there's a lot of room to maneuver. Dump stations are also easy to get to. Diesel is always available, sometimes at every island, sometimes just on the outsides. Long handle squeegies. What's not to like?

If you are going to a regular gas station try going to the outside pumps. That is what I do and it is easier to get in and out.

Google Earth is Very Helpful
Having a 32 foot Class C (gas) with either a Jeep Wrangler toad or a 22 foot race car trailer behind me, I have found Google Earth (not Google Maps) to be very helpful in scoping out a gas stop. You can get to Google Earth in your browser ( https://www.google.com/earth/) or load the app on your phone. Here is a Google Earth view of a Flying J near my home. You can see the two RV fuel lanes with an RV at one of them. There are also two RVs lined up at the dump station. The regular gas lanes at this Flying J also have plenty of room to swing out and exit.

You can get that same view on google maps with their satellite view.

I just bought 100 shoe covers for $11 (Amazon). Keeps the diesel on the outside. Also the dew and loose grass.
