Gas stove

Is there a air adjustment on the stove as 1 burner has a yellow flame and soot gets on the bottom of pans on that burner
Thanks

NO........

Lift stove top and remove burner tube/gas ring assembly
CLEAN it out.
Small bottle brush for burner tube and tooth pick for each gas ring hole
Wipe the end of gas nozzle (where burner tube attaches to manifold)...no poking anything into hole as it is metered.

spider web, spilled food etc......doesn't take much to upset the air/fuel ratio
Yellow flame...fuel rich

AS Old-Biscuit said. And DO NOT use water or soap to clean the ring as this will plug up the holes. Just a brush and toothpick.
