What's it doing/not doing?
Won't start?
Runs but no electrical output?
Automatic transfer not working?

Since Generic got out of the RV generator business a few years ago it may be difficult to find somd to work on it. You could try called their 24 help number and see if they can direct you to someone. When talking to them ask if you can get a repair and service manual for it.

I believe AP Electric bought Generics remaining stock when the left the RV business. Could try calling them and ask if they know of someone that will service it.

Should be fairly simple to troubleshoot that issue, if you have a DMM(digital meter) I could walk you through it.

Were you able to get it fixed? If not give the trainguy a chance, can't hurt.

Chuc,
