I haven't seen this answer yet, but do you have at least a quarter tank of fuel? Some generators won't run if there is less then a quarter tank of fuel.

Parker Power is now going over the entire unit including checking volts and frequency on the output. I am also having the little radiator replaced. Hope to have it back in on the 5th so DW and I can head out on the 8th or 9th. I knew about the 1/4 tank pickup from my class C days.

It's the coolant temp sender on the thermostat neck. Replace it, it's bad.you have to pull the thermostat out cause the sender will break the end off when removing it, then you have to push a paper towl down in the neck, punch the end of the sensor through and retrieve it from the towel. It's a pia.

Has anyone had trouble with the generator shutting off because of low fuel above the quarter tank level mine shuts off just below half tank for some reason any thoughts?

I vote for the coolant temp sender on the thermostat neck. On my last MH it rotted out at 8 years. Would start then shutdown. There is a local shop here that removed the generator, replace the sensor, belt, thermostat, and coolant for $460.
