GT 369 or Bounder 35K

[moderator edit] We have been researching Class As. Never owned a motor home but hubby was military and we've gone camping over the years. Our budget is 180k Canadian tops.

Our wants are bath and 1/2, power front bunk, six seat belts, opposing slides and good water capacity. Plan to boondock and fulltime.

So we think we have narrowed our search to a Georgetown XL 369 or Fleetwood Bounder 35K. My questions are:
- any experience with either of these and advice for options?
- is there another manufacturer/model we should consider?
- what have others experience with warranty on these MH been like?
Open to facts and opinions. TIA.

Please look here for Bounder information.

Also the Pace Arrow 36U should be within your price range if you're interested in diesel. Basically a 35K in diesel.
The 35K and the GT 369 do not have opposing slides, closest thing you will find to that in gas is the 36H bounder.
Opposing slides, drop down front bunk, bath and half the Aria 3901 is the least expensive coach I know of with those requirements and it is diesel and a lot more money. For a coach with a drop down bunk over the dinette the Sportcoach 404 is another possibility.
Good luck in your search

On a lighter note
The definition of camping is practicing to be miserable, that is not what I do in an RV.

I hope you are buying used. You will get better value and fewer problems. I have a 2009 Georgetown 374. Many Forest River owners have had problems with the fake leather seats...new and old...the surface flakes off.

Yes we prefer to buy 2-4 years old. Don't see many but will be patient.

Look in Mission TX, Tuscon AZ or Florida. Lots of RVers aging out of their Class As.

Had a 11 Bounder. Fit and finish superior to Georgetowns. IMHO.

Tiffin 36 LA. Don't let list prices scare you. 25-28% off list is obtainable.
