Has anyone had success or failure with GetRVParts? I ask because I found a lot of negative, but years old, comments about them. I have just ordered from them and they don't seem to respond very quick.

Interesting. I just sent them a note, as their phone number is 714 which is here in Orange County CA to see if they allow local pick up of parts. Good luck on your end, I hope they work out for you. I'll post their response to me if they do.

They are the parts arm of McBride's Service & Supply Co. Inc. in Chino (dba: McBride's RV Service & Body Shop). There was a thread a few years back explaining that.

I just ordered from GetRVParts and read these posts afterward. I was concerned and wrote them a non-pleasant email, which they replied to the next business day. They (and the shipper) report the pert was shipped today. I'll let you know when I get it. If they did ship it, it shows they have made some changes to the better.
