Glowing Service Report

All I can say is WOW!
I had a problem with my Big Foot Levelers on our 1995 Georgie Boy rental motorhome(old units). On Sunday I called all three of their emergency tech help lines, left three messages (one on each line). Within 10 minutes I received three return calls (one from each tech), on a Sunday!
Anyway "Jim" (not that any one of the others couldn't have helped me) was there for me through thick and thin. First he walked me through each step to accomplish my task. When we ran into a snag he put on his thinking cap, he must have been able to turn his mind back to 1993 or 1994 because suddenly he asked does this unit have a bolt in a specific location? Yes? Then you have to do this in order to accomplish that. WE HAVE JOY! And I was able to complete the repair. A rather complicated hose replacement/upgrade. A poor installation by the coach manufacturer created leaks.

Jim and I traded several calls while I was under the rig. Once he had to return my call because he was underground and couldn't receive my call (he was exploring a cave with his grandkids). Another time I think he even called me as his brain was sorting out the difference between old and even older units.

Anyway I just wanted to give a BIG KUTOS to Jim and the rest at Big Foot, Sunday service above and beyond the call of duty!
