Golf Cart Transport Suggestions.

This is for those who travel with a GC. I have a Tandem Tow that I was using to transport our GC, but we have gotten a new car that is too wide to fit on the dolly. How do you transport your car and GC. BTW I will make anyone a good deal on a used TT dolly.
Thanks in advance.

I have a Hydralift for my motorcycle but they also offer an adapter that can carry a golf cart. Here is a link to their website.

The ramps on my tow dolly are adjustable to accommodate varying wheel base widths. Are yours?

That is most likely a Cricket golf cart.

I've seen a friend carry one of those on the back of his 40' DP and tow a four door Jeep besides. Worked great.

This is how we tow....Special build Hydralift designed for our street legal 1200 lb. Garia 2+2 Low Speed Vehicle (LSV). The lift assy, also serves has an extension hitch receiver for our tow vehicle. Not for everyone, the special build lifts are costly but much more robust that the standard MC lifts.

As to width, we modified our Garia's rear passenger hand rail and license plate holder to make it removable (held by latch pins when in use) and such that when traveling we keep our overall width within legal DOT max. limit of 102" and just stow the handrail in the basement.

We like the flexibility of this configuration as sometimes we choose to leave the tow vehicle at our home base and just take alone the LSV with us.
