Good Sam ERS to the rescue

Oh no, flat tire on the motorhome during pre-flight check before heading out for the holiday weekend in the morning! Emergency road service to the rescue - one call and a couple hours later a mobile tire service has finished a onsite tire repair. Thank you Good Sam ERS.

We used GoodSam ERS this summer when we lost a front tire in SD. They got us towed to the closest RV park because they couldn't find a replacement tire at any of the near by tire shops. It was a Sat. when this happened, so we had to stay over until Monday to get the tire replaced. When I called the tire shop on Monday, they told me that they had 6 of my size in stock, so we could have been on our way on Sat. The ERS rep. was at least helpful in getting us towed and a site during a very busy weekend. Overall a good experience.

We have used Good Sam's ers twice, both with the toad. One of the times was in a remote area and they had to work a while to find a tow service. They were pretty flexible in my options for tow destinations for the car, as there was not much difference in the distances. They offer a good service and I will continue to use them.

Great experience with coach net. One time in Utah in the middle of no where and somewhere, I don't know where,we blew out coolant hose. We were flat bed towed within 2 hours over 60 miles at no charge. What a sight that was. They couldn't get a proper tow truck so we were pulled up on a hugh flat bed. Forth time coach net came to our aid. And they thanked us for using Coach Net. Three other times were tire related and service with a smile. Two other times they found us a service man. Great service
