Good Sam Extended Warranty and Action Line
 This may be helpful for some as you shop for this type of service.
In our case with a compliant re Good Sam Extended Warranty went no where.
We originally had a necessary repair (leaking propane line) declined and asked for help in late Sept. Now in mid November there is still no help and Good Sam has stopped replying to our request for an update.
Perhaps if it had not been Good Sam to Good Sam it might have been more helpful.
Not even replying negatively via mail to the VP of Good Sam Extended Warranty on a customer survey was helpful or replied to

Why don't you go whine to the GoodSam forum? Let your issue run over there....the watch it!, And they will respond to accurate issues Thats if your not a GoodSam hater...

Hi,
Gee I have had Good Sam extended warranty on my 4 coaches with no problems at all.
Maybe you are going at it wrong. When I had a problem with my Generator I went to the RV dealer and told him I had Good Sam Extended warranty and they checked it out and then called GS to get authorization to fix it which they did and they fixed it and it only cost me my deductible which was $25.00.
If you are having problems then call GS or even Marcus Lemonis and I'm sure you will get it resolved.

What a nice surprise we got a call from GS today and were able to come to a positive conclusion of the problem. Refreshing to know these posts are followed by these companies.

We have had nothing but good service from GoodSam EW. It has paid for a good number of repairs over the past few years. Prompt investigation, authorization of repairs. Great emotional comfort when one realizes that a DP can cost big bucks.

Good news indeed. Let's hope those that we pay provide the contractual service agreed upon......Sometimes if prodded!

It's all in the reading of YOUR contract before you purchase the warranty. Know what is covered and what is not. Good on you for sticking to your guns and getting action. I've had GoodSam cover things I was surprised. Had to pull Gen, glow plugs went south and were not covered. But when the Gen was out and having full service(it's out do everything) A covered item was found an GoodSam picked up the R&R a major potion of the cost.
