Great Advice Needed

1998 Monaco Executive. No throttle response. Replaced TPS. Rebuilt King Control box. Trying to access dash gauges to troubleshoot. It does not have the easy access panel. Took out screws on dash and tried to pull that forward....not happening. Tried to unscrew the padded section around that part of the dash....Only got 6 inches and difficult to access. Is there a secret to checking or replacing gauges? Tomorrow I have a mechanic coming over to help troubleshoot grounds. Does anyone have input so I can direct this man and get the biggest bang for my buck? Also, does anyone have a 1998 Monaco Executive manual? Thank this community for the support. Becky
